Challenge: BONSANA AG, an established Swiss beauty distribution company, faced the task of repositioning its brand portfolio in the digital age. They were looking for a partner who could provide holistic support for the beauty brands and activate them across all relevant channels. The goal: maximum visibility across all platforms and the development of BONSANA into a love brand.

Result & Conclusion: Following successful influencer campaigns in 2024, the collaboration began in full swing in Q1 2025: marketing planning, annual strategies, TikTok setup, content planning, as well as events and samplings were implemented.

In focus: CARMEX, SKINREPUBLIC, SKINCYCLOPEDIA, HIDEHERE, MAD HIPPIE – newly presented, emotional, and cross-channel.
